A la molt

Somehow, my face has gone back to its previous state of molting. This is neither appreciated nor attractive.
Tonight was my Sigma Tau Delta induction. I have this sneaking suspicion that I should have felt much more honor at this thing, but really, I was just sorta amused. We all were made to herd together and moo out the pledge...more conditioning and suchlike. However, there was free food, and a chance to show all of my important professors that I am a "dedicated student" and that they therefore should give me much better grades than they currently seem in the habit of doing. Or something along those lines.
Let me mention again how little I wish to move to Chicago.
I have keys to my house, which has very few doors and very little hot water, but is terribly satisfactory nonetheless. Yes, I -will- take pictures soon and put them where people who do not live near me can see them.
I have to work tomorrow. I have not done so since last wednesday and this seems a long time.
