"You have to understand that we'd give you credit but whenever we do we have to hunt you guys down for payment."
"Ok, but what you have to understand is that there isn't any 'you guys'; there's Kelly. The sum of my power is the taking of messages."
"Sure, but you must understand..."
This can go on for days, a direct result of her unscrupulous business practices.
