I am completely exhausted today, and I'm not completely sure why. The last week or so has been really high stress, between the whole suddenly finding my dream job and having to wait a week to interview for it thing and my nan. I've been kicking around the whole Bumbershoot thing, but the hometown throwdown (uh, kids -crowd surfing- to -Death Cab-? Kooky.) was what I most wanted to see. The zoo wiped me out and I couldn't even start to entertain the thought of fighting the crowds, so I missed it.

I really ought to be cleaning my apartment. It looks like I live with Jess again in here. (I love you, Jess!)

I was at Vivace yesterday writing letters and watching these two asian boys listening to the Nick Cave songs that were playing on the cd player. They were pretty confused, which I think is understandable. Their english wasn't very good.
The barista had been having a good day.
