Your plays, they went straight to the heart of what it's always meant to be an American--the looming stumbling blocks and the rogue speedbumps, the highest lows and the lowest hights. They are not only important, they are essential. They are fixed points and anchors along our way. They hold everything that is our potential in one place.
They are timeless.
