My friend Melissa (whom I also work with) got back from her honeymoon on Sunday. She and her new husband were supposed to be moving into their new house this weekend. However, she got a call this morning saying they couldn't get the loan because she has bad credit. As she's always had great credit, she was a bit offended by this. Turns out, someone got ahold of her social security number and get themselves a couple of credit cards in her name...had quite a spree, they did. So now they can't move into their house, and have to move out of their old one by the 1st. The cops don't seem to care...someone call channel 8! I taste a scandal.
Tomorrow is the start of my miniscule spring break. I'm driving to Tampa after work. Then on Friday I will away to my dad's house to pack some stuff to move into -my- new house, and try not to get arrested for homicide in the process. Sunday I will meander back here, and then Monday is my Sigma Tau Delta induction. (No, it is -not- a sorority. It's an honors society.) Yes, that's correct, I -do- have a paper due Monday morning. No, I haven't started it.
Also, Snicker's milkshakes are very very good, even when one believes them to be Twix instead.
