Worth all the pennies in my pocket book.
Apr. 26th, 2002 02:18 pmIn the house now, officially and totally. All moved in, eating lunch that -i- made from -my- food in -my- kitchen. Sitting at -my- desk. Sometimes, it just fucking rocks to be me. Pictures of the pad will be forthcoming as soon as i finish off the roll.
Also, the phone got turned on today. Obviously.
In other uplifting news, Sarah and I both got A's in our Romantic and Victorian Lit class. Since it was taught by the head of the English department, we feel rather damn special.
The strange tuna dish that I've been caring for as a pet for the last few months apparently disliked its treatment, broke free from the bonds of its can, and did several colorful and interesting things, one of which involved stripping some of the paint off of one of my new speakers. I didn't think things could escape from cans, and I'm slightly worried about this new discovery.
There are fairly cute, albeit young, boys that keep coming and going across the street from me. -And- my boyfriend is coming to visit me today. Now if only I can get out of work early....my roomates are making spaghetti for dinner and I want to watch, because this should be amusing.
Now: back to reading old baby sitter's club books!
