Jan. 5th, 2005 09:03 pmI was just focusing on a television show so much, I put a bag of rice in the freezer. Rice does not go in the freezer. I suck.
Also? I need to stop running to the telephone whenever it rings, because I'm turning into that girl. And the telephone needs to stop enabling me by ringing. Because, Livejournal, there is a boy I'd like to hear from and he Won't Be Calling. It might have taken a month of Sundays to teach me, but I've learned.
I'm too busy for boys, anyway. There is knitting and painting and cooking and talking too fast with my girlfriends that needs to be done. There is drinking and making friends and writing letters, and there are so many books.
Also? I think it's time I admitted that mushrooms are one of my very favorite foods. I love mushrooms the way Freddie Prinze Jr. loved fish in Down To You, which has Julia Stiles in it and so it must be true. I won't vow to never cook anything without mushrooms ever again, but I will vow to cook very few of such things.
