silverfae9We had a dog for a few minutes the other day, and it made me happy. I -want- a puppy.
Jackie is leaving tomorrow, and taking her birds with her. I almost feel bad that everyone hates her pets, but no one would if they didn't suck.
A boy that I had a huge crush on in high school called me today. This is not quite the random occurance that I wish it was, since he is my ex-roomate and close friend Amanda's boyfriend's best friend. But still....Nick. yum.
Everyone, please be impressed by how cool I am, since I got an A on my Sylvia Plath paper. This is easily the most important paper of my scholastic career thus far, and also the one that's going to Seattle with my grad school application. Also, it was pretty much brand new stuff, since no one has looked at the book from this angle before...or, at least, they haven't published on it. I'm quite proud of myself, thank you. There's such major editing that needs to be done before I can send it off. Much, much work ahead of me.
Paul, promise me you'll come visit me for my birthday next year. I may be worrying prematurely, but really, that's what I do best. Just humor me.
